PAYMENTS
For your convenience, we offer payment plan options. All payments must be received on or by the noted deadlines to avoid losing your reservation. No discounts will be offered if attendees decide to arrive/leave before the conclusion of the weekend. All sales are final and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule
$50 Non-Refunable Deposit - January 15
2nd Installment of $100 - February 15
Final Installment of $100 - March 1
DEPOSIT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due Monday, January 15.
TRANSPORTATION
Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat venue.
FOOD
Meals wills be provided from our retreat staff. We will also be near many local eateries.
LODGING ACCOMODATIONS
We will be located in a retreat house in W Holden Beach, NC minutes away from Ocean Isle Beach. This beachouse has 16 bedroom and 16 beautiful bathrooms. We have added space to this year's accomodations to ensure each attendee's comfort.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
This retreat is only open to women. Only attendees whose registration has been confirmed and full payments have been received before the registration deadline will be permitted into retreat activities.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All attendees must be 18 or older.
